At PREGMATE, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your maternity wear through every trimester. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a flexible 30-day return and exchange policy on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
